+++ The Vice President of RAYTHEON visits INTRACOM +++
Mr. Thomas Culligan, Vice President of RAYTHEON, a
defense industry leader in the US, visited today the INTRACOM headquarters
in Peania and met with Mr. Socrates Kokkalis, INTRACOM Chairman, Mr. G.
Deligiannis, Managing Director, and other top executives.
Mr. Thomas Culligan, Executive Vice President Raytheon
Company & CEO Raytheon International, Inc. and Mr. D. Christodoulides,
Vice President Raytheon International, Inc., visited INTRACOM's production
facilities, were briefed on the collaboration between the two companies,
and expressed their interest to explore further the synergies between
RAYTHEON and INTRACOM.
Mr. Culligan stated that he was impressed by INTRACOM's
rapid growth in Greece and South-East Europe, its modern facilities and
production capacity, as well as the international partnerships achieved
by the INTRACOM Group.
RAYTHEON constitutes one of the leading manufacturing
companies of defense electronics systems. It is active in missile systems,
tactical air-defense systems and defense IT systems. The company employs
78,000 people globally with an annual turnover of USD 18.1 billion for
2003.
