INTRACOM IT SERVICES Firmware/Driver/Software Downloading Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and restriction before installation or use of any firmware, software program or drivers ("Firmware/Software/Drivers") from INTRACOM IT SERVICES . All Firmware/Software/Drivers available for downloading from INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' website are for INTRACOM IT SERVICES Group's products only. The downloading and use of any Firmware/Software/Drivers constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not download or use any of INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' Firmware/Software/Drivers.

1. LICENSE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement, INTRACOM IT SERVICES hereby grants you a restricted, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to use the INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' Firmware/Software/Drivers only in conjunction with INTRACOM IT SERVICES Group 's products. INTRACOM IT SERVICES does not grant you any license rights in any patent, copyright or other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to INTRACOM IT SERVICES .

2. NO WARRANTY . The INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' Firmware/Software/Drivers are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. INTRACOM IT SERVICES does not warrant that the functions contained in the INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' Firmware/Software/Drivers will meet your requirements or that the operation of the INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' Firmware/Software/Drivers will be uninterrupted or error-free. INTRACOM IT SERVICES hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' firmware/software/drivers, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

3. NO LIABILITY . In no event shall INTRACOM IT SERVICES or any other party which has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' Firmware/Software/Drivers be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from or related to this Software License Agreement or the INTRACOM IT SERVICES ' Firmware/Software/Drivers, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages or losses , including but not limited to damages for lost profits or losses resulting from business interruption or loss of data, regardless of the form of action or legal theory under which the liability may be asserted, even if advised of the possibility or likelihood of such damages.
