INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that it submitted a binding offer for the acquisition of the total (100%) shares of "TELEDOME AEBE" company, which was initially accepted by its shareholders.
The realisation of the acquisition is subject to the usual terms and conditions, such as the finalisation of relative agreements, the completion of legal and financial due diligence, as well as the essential administrative authorisations and approvals from the authorities.
INTRACOM HOLDINGS will inform the investment community for any further development on the subject.
