+++ANNOUNCEMENT on the purchase of own shares +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, according to the resolution of the 28/06/2006 Annual General Meeting of shareholders and following the 05/07/2006, 19/07/2006 and 06/03/2007 relevant Announcements on the purchase of own shares, informs the investing public that the Company intends to purchase up to 2.400.000 of its own shares, at maximum €18 and minimum €1 purchase price per share, during the time period from 13/06/2007 until 28/06/2007 inclusive.
