+++ Purchase of own shares, according to the resolution of the 28/06/2006 Annual General Meeting of Company shareholders +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, following the 06/03/2007 Announcement on the purchase of own shares, notifies the investing public that the Company, while implementing the resolution of the 28/06/2006 Annual General Meeting of shareholders and during the time period from 09/03/2007 until 08/06/2007 inclusive, proceeded with the purchase of 810.815 own shares in total, with average purchase price €4,06 per share.
Subsequently, the total of own shares that the Company holds on 08/06/2007 amounts to 1.625.836 shares (1,22% of the Company's share capital), 1.260.110 of which, that is 0,95% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 28/06/2006 AGM resolution and the remaining 365.726 own shares, that is 0,27% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 30/06/2005 AGM resolution.
